Framed Four Patch Quilt

This is my "Framed Four Patch" quilt (with fossil fern charms and batik noodles)  I just finished for a Christmas gift for my brother and sis-inlaw and soon to be off to the quilter.  I made it for a couch throw but it fits nicely on a queen size bed, a comforter size.  There's also a close up photo of the blocks and backing fabric.

I love the framed 4 patch. Where did you get the pattern?
Basically it's a 4 patch with a trim around it right?
Very lovely. I did a nine patch goof and it ended up being "framed" using poetic licence and it looks great.
Very very nice. Wish I had a palm tree...lol

Thanks Nancy,

The 4 patch is made up of 4 -5" blocks with a 2.5" strip for the borders. It's very easy to make. My friend gave me an easier way to make it. If your interested let me know and I'll give you the instructions.
