I made two of these cupcake pincushions, one for a guild gift and one for myself. Somehow the photo of the purple and yellow cupcake got deleted. I used the small (3 pack) tuna can for the base and followed the tutorial here. Then added a yo yo for the whipped cream and a red pom pom for the cherry. These were so simple to make and very cute. I want to see photo's if any of you decide to make them.

Cupcake Pincushion
I made two of these cupcake pincushions, one for a guild gift and one for myself. Somehow the photo of the purple and yellow cupcake got deleted. hey, love the cupcake! how cute! and good colors too (pink is always good). thanks for vising my site. the eraser stamps are a good exercise. I want to be really good someday at it and so I just need to practice. I realize the professional stamps you buy in stores are cut with computerized lasers so I'm trying not to hold my handmade stuff to THAT standard, but still... it would be awesome, wouldn't it? (either to be able to cut with the precision of computerized lasers, or to be able to submit a drawing to a company that would make stamps out of it with computerized lasers). happy holidays!
