It's Here, My Fall Swap Quilt

I joined another Doll Quilt Swap, this round was a Fall or Halloween theme.
I've been oohing and awing all the beautiful little quilts and
feeling guilty because I wasn't quite finished with mine.
Then on monday I received a package in the mail  and look what I received.
The cutest little pumpkin quilt ever from Sherry.
She even hand quilted it around the blocks and the border.
I'm so in awe of you hand quilters.  So much work goes into even these little quilts.
And look at those little crazy quilting stitches on the pumpkins
also done by hand and so adorable.
She made the stitches on each pumpkin different.
What an awesome job and it's just perfect, I love it.

Be sure to have a creative day and thanks for stopping by.

I really love this fall quilt too! It's such a cool arrangement of patchwork pumpkins with all those different fabrics, and different stitching too. Lucky you!

Dear Kim,
I had to come over and visit with you after I read on Marydon's blog you just lost your brother to the cowardly disease called cancer.
My only daughter, Amy just went home to heaven after a valiant fight with this terrorist. She and your brother won their fight...let no one else say anything but...she never complained...she never whined...she just smiled and kept on fighting.
I would love to stay in touch with you and I am sending you many, many, many hugs. MY only son and Amy's only brother is also being very brave and not whining "why" and marching on forward to make her proud.I am grief stricken and yet jealous that she is with the Lord...happy she is with the Lord and in such peace and love and has no more earthly politics to avoid. There are friends on my blog that are more like family than some of our own relatives....but as in all families I am sure you know that.
I will be praying for you daily and I hope you will include me and my family in your prayers.
Angel Hugs
Debbie
