Trunk Show

We had a very talented quilter Mary Zehr as a guest speaker at
our guild this past week.  These are a few of the gorgeous quilts
she shared with us.

I have never met Mary before, but she is the lady on the left.
Isn't this quilt amazing? Not only beautiful applique
but a star pieced inner border.   I love this one.

This one really caught my eye, use up all
those scraps and frame them to make it
even more gorgeous.  It could be a
"Postage Stamp" quilt.

More beautiful pieced stars.

Isn't this a lovely basket quilt? Love this one with
the border around the blocks and the pretty bows
and flowers in the outer border.

And last but not least an awesome quilt with
desert cactus all in bloom.

There are more gorgeous quilts to come
so stop in again and I'll post them tomorrow
or Thursday as time permits.
Thanks for stopping by.

I am always amazed at how much work went into quilts showcased at trunk shows and quilt guilds! They all look like masterpieces with no wonkiness or imperfections. I would have been in awe seeing these in person.
