I hope Santa was good to you this Christmas!

T'was the night before Christmas,
I'm glued to the tree.
I'm wondering what Santa
brought just for me..
Could it be fat quarters
or a pattern or lace?
Or a quilt kit, I said,
with a smile on my face.
And that's when I heard him,
"Hi Santa," I said.
"You know....good little girls
should be in their beds ".
"I know I should, Santa,
and now I've been caught.
But I was just so excited
to see what you brought."
"Well, let's take a look
in this room where you work."
He shook his head quickly,
And left with a jerk.
I heard him exclaim as he put it in gear.
"You've got enough stuff, I'll see you next year!"

My Santa surprised me with a new IPAD for Christmas.

Can you just see me beaming from ear to ear?

I haven't been near my sewing machine since early last

week and I'm hankering to sew.

I'm counting my

UFO's - Unfinished Objects

PIGS - Projects in Grocery Sacks

TGIF's  - Thank God it's finished!

WISP - Work in Slow Progress

WHIMM - Works Hidden in my mind

Wombat  - Waste of money, batting and time

to finish in the new year.  How about you?

Care to add a few?

Have a creative day and thanks for stopping by.

What a fun post! Still admitting to an unfinished Dear Jane project, going on 5 years now. LOL What might that be called?
How about WWIT (what was I thinking?)

Congrats on your new iPad! Sounds fun. I think I would probably become addicted pretty quickly. I have an iPhone which is addicting too.

I have also been counting my UFOs and WIPs! Wish I could finish them before the end of the year, which is only one day away!

Oh, you lucky girl! I've had a bit of a hankering for one of those ipads myself after playing with my hairdresser's.
I'm not counting my ufo's yet. I don't want the guilt pressure, lol.
Happy New Year, here's hoping you accomplish much in 2011!

What an adorable Christmas photo of your little dog. It should be made into a commercial Christmas card it's so cute. Wow, an IPad, what a nice gift. Sounds like you had a very merry Christmas.
